It is recommended that while you are working with the NARA Black or any other black surface with alcohol inks, you use white ink along with the other inks, as white brings enhances the colors, or else the black will just eat up your colors! We recommend you to use the NARA Arctic White or the NARA Pastel Inks range specially designed for Black surfaces for alcohol inks.
